The Jay County Bicentennial Torch Committee is continuing to seek nominations for torch bearers. Nomination forms are available at public libraries in the county, town offices in Bryant and Redkey and Jay County Visitors Bureau, 118 S. Meridian St., Portland. The deadline is Jan. 31.
