Felony court news

Robbery
A Steuben County man will appear before the Indiana Parole Board.
Todd C. Crouse, 46, will appear before the parole board March 10 seeking early release from prison for his sentence for conspiracy to commit robbery.
He was found guilty in Jay Circuit Court and sentenced to 15 years to New Castle Correctional Facility. Crouse was one of three convicted in a 2005 plot to burglarize the home on U.S. 27 just north of county road 700 South and was accused of shooting and wounding the victim in the chest.
If not granted an early discharge for the Jay County sentence, his projected release date is Nov. 10.
