Chelsea L. Harper, 27, Bluffton, pleaded guilty in Jay Superior Court to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, as enhanced to a Level 6 felony. She was sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail with all but 10 days suspended, given two days credit for one day served, assessed court costs of $183.50, ordered to pay an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200 and a substance abuse program fee of $400 and placed on formal probation for one year. The court recommended to the BMV a 180-day license suspension. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of 0.08 percent or more was dismissed.
