Public Notice Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Dunkirk Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on August 8, at 5 pm at the Park Garage unless otherwise directed to consider a request from the Dunkirk Zoning Administrator to make the following proposed change in the Dunkirk zoning map. Requesting that the alley between the properties of 133 Angle St. and 413 W. Lincoln Ave in Dunkirk. be closed to thru traffic. A copy of the proposed change to the zoning map is on file in the Clerk-Treasurers office at the Dunkirk City Building for examination prior to the hearing.
