There will be a 790,000-square-foot building with 80 truck bays. The company, NP Fort Wayne LLC, is part of NorthPoint Development of Kansas City, which has distribution centers for GM plants in other locations.

Upbeat outlook
The outlook of America’s ethanol and biofuels industry looks strong, according to an article in the latest Iowa Farmer Today.
The magazine’s Bill Tiedje notes that the U.S. is at near-record levels of gasoline consumption and higher vehicle emissions standards are ahead, both of which are good news for the ethanol market and corn producers.
Relationship over
Walgreens has ended its relationship with troubled Theranos Inc., The Wall Street Journal reported this week. Theranos, which claimed to have perfected an innovative blood testing system, has since had to correct tens of thousands of blood tests.
The two companies had worked together for almost three years, but Walgreens called it quits with a press release on Sunday.
“In light of the voiding of a number of test results, and as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has rejected Theranos’s plan of correction and considers sanctions, we have carefully considered our relationship with Theranos and believe it is in our customers’ best interests to terminate our partnership,” Brad Fluegel, Walgreens’ senior vice president and chief healthcare commercial market development officer, said in a statement.
