Bench warrant
A Dunkirk man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a bench warrant.
Barry E. Barger II, 26, 811 S. Main St., was arrested on a bench warrant for auto theft, a Level 6 felony.
He was booked at 2:56 p.m. into Jay County Jail where he is serving his sentence.
