Local notes
Boomer registration now open
Registration is now open for Boomer soccer and spring flag football.
Both sports are open to girls and boys ages 3 through 14 as of April 1.
Cost for either sport is $35 before March 1, after which the price increases to $45, and a shirt is included.
Shin guards are mandatory for soccer, as is a mouthpiece for football.
