Ellingwoods celebrate 50th
Raymond and Lana (Whitacre) Ellingwood, Redkey, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
They were married on March 5, 1966, at the EUB Methodist Church in Redkey with the Rev. Albert Hood officiating.
Both 1965 graduates of Redkey High School, Raymond retired from Duffy Tool and Die in Muncie, and Lana retired from Jay County Hospital and sells real estate on a part-time basis.
They are the parents of Ronyelle Edwards (husband: Greg), Nylisa Davis (husband: Doug), and the late Tyrus Ellingwood.
They also have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The couple will celebrate with family and a trip to Florida.
