Justine T. Wallischeck, 19, Portland, violated the terms of her probation imposed on July 29, 2015 after three convictions of theft, resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana, all Class A misdemeanors — Sentenced to an additional 50 days in Jay County Jail with time already served since Jan. 13 for the possession of marijuana charge.
She was also sentenced to an additional 50 days of the one year sentence to Jay County Jail for theft to be served consecutively with the possession of marijuana charge since Jan. 13, given 34 days credit for 17 days served since Feb. 25, and ordered to serve the remaining 16 days of sentence in jail.
She was also sentenced to an additional 50 days in Jay County Jail beginning March 4 for resisting law enforcement to be served consecutively with the other charges and will receive credit for time served.
Joshua A. Glessner, 27, Pennville, was found guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended, given two days credit for one day served, assessed court costs of $183.50, ordered to pay an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200 and a substance abuse program fee of $400, and placed on formal probation for six months. As part of the plea agreement, the charge of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of 0.08 percent or more was dismissed.
