Public Notice In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Terry and Sherri Finnerty, 10347 W State Road 26 Dunkirk, IN 47336 are submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a confined feeding operation located approximately 1/2 mile south of CR 200 S on State Road 1, Dunkirk, Indiana 47336. Run-off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to the Cowboy Run.
