Public Notice In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Lance Muhlenkamp 5615 E 400 N Portland, IN 47371 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of his intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a confined feeding operation located at 3497 N 550 E Portland, Indiana 47371. Run-off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to Bishop Prong.
