Public Notice TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Jay Circuit Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38CO1-1511-MF-000057 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA was Plaintiff, and Caressa Runyon, John G. Runyon, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Indiana Department of Revenue Collection Division and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in trust for the registered holders of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R6 were Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on June 9, 2016 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon as thereafter as is possible, at Court House 3rd Floor at 120 N Court Portland, IN 47371 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana.
