Bench warrants
A Pennville man was arrested Monday evening on three bench warrants.
Rodney M. Beaty, 50, 730 N. Union St., was arrested on Jay Superior Court bench warrants for neglect of a dependent, unlawful possession of a syringe and maintaining a common nuisance, all Level 6 felonies.
He was booked at 7:28 p.m. into Jay County Jail and has since been released on a $4,500 bond.

Possession
A Pennville man was arrested today for two drug-related charges.
Larry Duane Best, Sr., 58, 295 S. Washington St., was arrested for possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, both Level 6 felonies.
He was booked at 2:56 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $4,500 bond.

Neglect
A Pennville woman was arrested Monday evening on two Level 6 felony charges.
Erin Erica Nemeth, 30, 5748 N. 650 West, was arrested on Jay Superior Court bench warrants for neglect of a dependent and maintaining a common nuisance.
She was booked at 7:03 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $4,500 bond.

Bench warrants
A Yorktown man was arrested Monday evening on multiple charges.
Nathan Daniel McIver, 28, 9301 W. High St., was arrested on Jay Superior Court bench warrants for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person less than 18 years old, neglect of a dependent and unlawful possession of a syringe, all Level 6 felonies.
He was booked at 7:28 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $6,000 bond.

Battery
A Portland woman was arrested Monday evening for battery.
Haley Nichelle Robinson, 19, 1006 S. Blaine Pike, was arrested for battery, a Level 6 felony.
She was booked at 6:38 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $3,000 bond.
