With the game tied at 1-1 in the first half, Mann passed to Kallianne Mogler, who beat Youngstown State goalkeeper Katie Montgomery to the left side of the goal. It was the go-ahead goal for the Mastodons (2-4), and the second of three for Mogler.
Two days later, Mann made her first career start for IPFW in a 1-0 loss to Wright State. The forward attempted her first shot of the season, but it missed the frame.
