Felony arrests
Syringe possession
A rural Portland man and a Geneva woman were arrested Wednesday on syringe possession charges.
Joshua A.Guntle , 28, 2698 E. Treaty Line Road, was arrested on a preliminary charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony.
He was booked at 11:52 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there without bond.
Haley C. Williams, 20, 325 E. Butcher St., was also arrested on a preliminary charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony.
She was booked at 12:40 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $3,000 bond.
