She shut down the Rebels with her arm.
Augsburger was a triple shy of the cycle and held Randolph Southern to one unearned run as the South Adams High School softball team won 10-1 on Wednesday.
South Adams (9-0), which is ranked ninth in Class 2A, took a 1-0 lead in the top of the second inning before tallying four more runs in the top of the third.
The Rebels scored an unearned run in the home half of the inning to trim the deficit to 4-1, but the Starfires kept scoring.
South Adams added four runs in the fourth inning, one in the sixth and two in the seventh.
Augsburger hit a home run, a double and a single while driving in three runs. Lexi Dellinger had a double and two singles, Morgan Alberson smacked a triple and Isabella Ramirez hit a double as both finished with two hits.
The Starfires had seven extra-base hits.
Augsburger tossed six innings, scattered seven hits and struck out seven while walking one.
Caster aces hole
Bill Caster recorded the first hole in one of his career on Monday morning.
Playing the 15th hole at Portland Golf Club, Caster put his ball on the tee box and grabbed his 5-iron.
