Horns to celebrate 60th
Longtime Jay County residents Bill and Arlene Horn, Bryant, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Fellowship Baptist Church.
Bill married Arlene Ninde on Sept. 1, 1957, at the old Union Chapel Church in Jackson Township.
Arlene retired as a nurse at Dr. Gillum and Dr. McBride’s offices and Bill retired as a loan officer and vice president of retail sales at Union Bank (now MainSource).
They are the parents of Doug Horn (wife: Carla), Bryant, Mark Horn (wife: Laurette), Portland, and Jane Evans (husband: Steve), Pennville. They also have six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
