NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: Alvin Brennernan, 3404 CR 65, Butler, Indiana, has ?led with the Jay County Board of Zoning Appeals a petition, # SpExc20l7-12-O1, requesting a Special Exception to the zoning regulations, to wit:

Action Requested: The operation of a "Large to Medium Breed" Dog Breeding Facility / Kennel on said property. The property is zoned Agricultural Residential (AR) and operation of a Kennel will require Special Exception approval.

The petition and file on this matter are available for public inspection at the J ay/Portland Building & Planning Department, 118 South Meridian Street / Ste E, Portland, Indiana, 47371.

A public hearing will be held by said Board of Zoning Appeals on December 21, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Community Resource Center, 118 S Meridian Street, Portland, Indiana. If unable to attend the hearing, any statement setting forth any facts or opinions relating to the matter must be presented in writing to the J ay/Portland Building & Planning Department not less than ten (10) days before the hearing.
