Sherry Green

Sherry L. Green, 53, of Berne, Indiana, passed away at 7:13 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, at IU Health – Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana, after being involved in an automobile accident.

She was born on Wednesday, July 1, 1964, in Union City, Indiana. She married Robert Jay Green on Friday, July 4, 2008, in Adams County, Indiana. Sherry was a 1982 graduate of Jay County High School. She then attended Indiana Wesleyan University, where she received her business degree.

She attended The Bridge Community Church. She was co-owner of Century 21 Advance. Sherry enjoyed her job, and she loved being able to help others. She enjoyed traveling, wine making, reading, painting and gardening. She was a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Berne Lions Club.

Loving survivors Include her parents, Hiram Marshall and Donna Carlene (Gahret) Roberts, Union City, Indiana; her husband, Robert Jay Green, Berne, Indiana; daughters Ashley Dawn Crouse, Berne, Indiana, Brittany Lynn Crouse, Versailles, Ohio, and Bailee Marie Green, Bryant, Indiana; son Bradley Jay Green, Bryant, Indiana; grandchildren Avery A. Hunt, Versailles, Ohio, Olivia L. Hunt, Versailles, Ohio; brother Troy (Julie) Roberts, Portland, Indiana; sister Tina (Shane) Martin, Pennville, Indiana; and seven nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home 100 N. Washington St., Geneva, on Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017, from 2 to 8 p.m. and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017.

A service to celebrate Sherry’s life will be at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, with the Pastor Mo Hodge officiating.
