NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: Tom Homan, 1947 E Division Road, Portland, Indiana, 47371 has ?led a petition with the Jay/Portland Building & Planning Department for an Intent to Build / Con?ned Feeding Permit, #CFINT2017-11-28, to construct two (2) 4,400 head each (8,800 head total) swine con?ned feeding buildings on said property.
