Jacob Wickey

Services for Jacob E. Wickey, 65, rural Bluffton, were held Tuesday at his home.

The father of Geneva residents, he died Saturday at his home after a long battle with cancer.

He was the son of Amos J. and Emma (Schwartzentruber) Wickey and is survived by his wife Sylvia E. (Schwartz) Wickey.

Surviving in addition to his wife are five sons, including Andy J. Wickey (wife: Verna), Geneva; five daughters, including Sylvia J. Schwartz (husband: David), Geneva; four brothers; four sisters; 76 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Arrangements were handled by Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home in Decatur.
