By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Jay Circuit Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38C01—1611-MF-000038 wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Hewey J. Garrett, AKA Hewey J. Garrett, Jr. and Arrowood Indemnity Co., Assignee of Royal Indemnity were Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on March 30, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Court House 3rd Floor at 120 N Court Street Portland, IN 47371 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana.

Lots numbered Twenty-two hundred sixty-seven (2267), Twenty-two hundred sixty-eight (2268), and Twenty-two hundred sixty-nine (2269) in Dunkirk Land Company's Third Addition to the Town, now City of Dunkirk, Indiana.
