SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified?ed copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jay County, Indiana, in Cause No. 38C01-1605-MF-000014, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not Individually but as Trustee for Carlsbad Funding Mortgage Trust was the Plaintiff, and David D. Dotson; and Hanni Plumbing & Heating were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on March 30, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 3rd Floor Courthouse, Portland, IN 47371, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jay County, Indiana:

A part of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 15, Township 23 North, Range 14 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of said west half of the southwest quarter of Section 15, Township 23 North, Range 14 East, 492.14 feet west of the southeast corner of said west half continuing thence West along the south line of said Section 15, 290 feet, thence North with a deflection angle to the right 89 degrees 27 minutes 536.08 feet, thence East and parallel to the south line of said Section 15, 290 feet; thence south and parallel to the west line of said survey 536.08 feet to the point of beginning.
