Terry Lynne Staggs, 69, Winchester, died Dec. 25. She was the mother of a Portland woman.
Born in Aurora to Marion and Grace (Byram) Martin, she is survived by her husband of 54 years, W.C. Staggs.
Surviving in addition to her husband are three daughters, including Christina Comer (husband: Kirk), Portland; a son; a brother; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and two nieces.
Private services were held.
