Mary Faller

Mary C. Faller, 96, Fort Recovery, died Wednesday at Briarwood Village in Coldwater, Ohio.
Born in St. Henry, Ohio, to Henry and Matilda (Romer) Bernard, she was a graduate of St. Henry (Ohio) High School, attended Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from cosmetology school.
She married William Faller on April 23, 1941, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 7, 1997.
She had worked at the former Kings True Value and Robbins Shoes, both of Fort Recovery, and was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery and its Altar Sodality.
Surviving are three daughters, Carolyn Siefring, Snellville, Georgia, Elizabeth Reichert, Como, Texas, and Margaret Faller, Celina, Ohio; four sons, Mike Faller (wife: Linda), Belleville, Illinois, Henry Faller (wife: Mary), Aurora, Illinois, Richard Faller, St. Marys, Ohio, and Joe Faller (wife: Barb), Fort Recovery; a sister, Sr. Mary Henry Bernard, Cincinnati, Ohio; a brother, John Bernard (wife: Tammy), Winterhill, Georgia; 22 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church with the Rev. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Visitation is 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
