FORT RECOVERY — The Indians ended their regular season Thursday in the same manner they have most of the year — a sweeping victory.
The Fort Recovery High School volleyball team capped its regular season schedule with a 25-19, 25-20, 25-13 over the New Knoxville Rangers.
It was the ninth win in the last 10 matches for the Division IV No. 6 Indians (19-3), who tied for fourth in the final Midwest Athletic Conference standings with a 6-3 MAC mark.
All but three of the Tribe’s wins this season were sweeps.
Carley Stone and Paige Jutte had 13 and 10 kills respectively to pace the Tribe, which also got seven kills from Brooke Gaerke and six each from Cassy Martin and Paige Fortkamp.
