Resisting
A Redkey man pleaded guilty to a felony charge recently in Jay Superior Court.
Joshua C. Spoltman, 30, 7501 Indiana 1, Redkey, pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement, a Level 6 felony. He was sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail with all but 30 days suspended and was given 30 days credit for 15 days already served.
Spoltman was assessed $185 in court costs and placed on formal probation for 11 months. As a part of a plea agreement, additional charges of neglect of a dependent and resisting law enforcement were dismissed.
