Public Notice

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Redkey, Jay County, Indiana, that the proper fiscal body will consider the following additional appropriation, in excess of the budget, for the current year at the location of the Redkey Park Cabin, 200 South Mooney Street at 6 o'clock pm on the 19th day of April, 2018.

Fund Name: LOIT in the amount of $35,620.00 for a 2018 Tahoe for the Redkey Police Department.

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation, as finally made, will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. The Department will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation with fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
