Perry R. Franze Coleman, 30, of Montpelier, Indiana, (Wells County, Nottingham Township) passed away at 12:35 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2018, at Bluffton Regional Medical Center in Bluffton, Indiana.
He was born on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 1988, in Portland, Indiana. Perry was a 2007 graduate of Blackford High School. He spent many years after birth at Riley Children’shospital in Indianapolis. Although Perry was faced with many struggles in life with his health, you would have never known it. He always had a smile and never showed his pain. He always had a special bond with his Grandma Sherry Gephart. He was full of love for everyone and especially for his nieces and nephews. He was the best uncle ever. He had a heart of gold and would help others in any way he could. He loved working on cars, fabricating, fishing and most of all spending time with friends and family.

(Misty) Franze, Hartford City, Indiana; three sisters, Angela Adams, Ossian, Indiana, Rachel (Jack) Abbott, Ossian, Indiana, and Robynn Coleman, Ossian, Indiana; maternal grandparents James and Sherry Gephart, Englewood, Florida; paternal grandfather William West, Portland, Indiana; uncles Dan (Karla) Gephart, Montpelier, Indiana, Albert Redmond, Hartford City, Indiana, Buck (Cindy) Coleman, Hartford City, Indiana, James Coleman, Ossian, Indiana, and Roger (Sondra) Stone, Portland, Indiana; aunts Tracy Gannon, Portland, Indiana, Kathy West, Portland, Indiana, and Anna Miller, Bluffton, Indiana; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother Jacob M. Feathers; maternal grandfather Perry Phillips; paternal grandmother Glenna Yates; aunt Hope Redmond; and brother Tyson E. Franze Coleman.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, 109 W. Windsor St., Montpelier, on Saturday, April 28, 2018, from noon to 3 p.m.
A service to celebrate Perry’s life willbe follow 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018, with the Rev. Dewey Zent officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Montpelier.
Preferred memorials may be sent to the family for funeral expenses.
