Possession, theft
A Dunkirk woman was arrested on multiple charges Saturday.
Jami L. Bullock, 24, 317 N. Main St., was arrested on the preliminary charges of unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, Level 6 felonies, and possession of paraphernalia and theft: receiving stolen property, Class A misdemeanors.
She was booked at 2:53 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was being held on a $4,500 bond.
Probation violation
A Muncie woman was arrested Saturday evening for violating her probation.
Myriah R. East, 24, 23 River Drive, was arrested on a warrant for violating her probation on the original charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony.
She was booked at 5:57 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was later released on a $300 cash bond.
Possession
A Winchester man was arrested on drug-related charges Sunday night.
Wesley R. Hamilton, 21, 4440 N. 500 West, was arrested on warrants for possession of a narcotic drug and unlawful possession of a syringe, both Level 6 felonies.
He was booked at 9:45 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was being held on a $6,000 bond.

A Portland man was arrested for drug possession Sunday morning.
Micah N. Murphy, 36, was arrested on the preliminary charge of possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. He was arrested after Portland Police Department responded to a report of a person walking south on U.S. 27 near county road 200 South and acting suspiciously.
He was booked at 10:40 a.m. into Jay County Jail and was being held on a $3,000 bond.

A Redkey man was arrested for drug possession and neglect on Sunday.
Phillip J. Parker, 31, 11014 W. 700 South, was arrested on the preliminary charges of possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent, Level 6 felonies, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was booked at 10:10 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was being held there on a $4,500 bond.
