Kelsey Brooke Powell and Daniel William Hiller have set a wedding date of Sept. 1.
The daughter of Clarke and Lori Powell, Portland, Kelsey is a 2012 graduate of Jay County High School. She is employed as a cargo agent for Quantum Aviation Service.
The son of Bill and Wendy Hiller, Marion, and Laurie and Kenny Baldridge, Marion, Daniel is a 2018 graduate of the Aviation Institute of Maintenance. He is employed as an aircraft mechanic.
