Howells celebrate 60th
Floyd and Agnes Howell, 5596 W. 300 North, Pennville, are celebrating their 60th anniversary today.
Floyd Howell and Agnes Neal were wed on Aug. 23,1958 in Frankfort, Indiana.
Residents of rural Jay County for more than 50 years, they will celebrate with a family picnic at their farm.
Floyd continues to farm, and Agnes teaches English as a second language for Jay Schools. Neither of themare retired.
They are the parents of four children: Keith Howell, Portland, Karen Howell, Hurst, Texas, Steve Howell, Indianapolis, and Susan Howell, Muncie. They have eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
