Ruby Neff-Lee

Ruby Louetta Neff-Lee, age 96, a former resident of Jay County, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018, at Hearthstone Village Assisted Living in Kootenai, Idaho.

Ruby was born Dec. 20, 1921, in Greenville, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Margaret (Brosie) Neff. Ruby and her husband were owner and operator of D and R Supply in Knoxville, Tennessee for many years.

Ruby married Donald Lee on April 8, 1950, and he passed away Aug. 18, 1988.

Survivors include:

Two sons — Gary Lee, Sandpoint, Idaho, and Jan (wife: Paula) Lee, Sandpoint, Idaho

One brother — Harold Neff, Union City, Indiana

Three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Salamonia Cemetery in Salamonia, Indiana. Pastor Dean Jones will officiate the service.
