Senior bingo set for Friday
Let’s play some bingo.
The Arthur and Gloria Muselman Wellness Pavilion at Swiss Village in Berne will host seniors for White Elephant Bingo at 2 p.m. Friday.
The event is open to anyone 55 and older. Participants are asked to bring a wrapped gift.

Offering grants
Indiana Humanities is offering four grant options and hosting workshops and a webinar to help those interested in applying.
A $3,000 Action Grant, a $2,500 Historic Preservation Education Grant, a $10,000 Innovation Grant and a $20,000 Collaboration Grant are available.

Get crafty
Jay County Public Library is hosting a series of craft events this week, including tie-dye crafts for children and teenagers at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Attendees can bring T-shirts, socks, hair bands or other items to work with — limit to one large item or a couple small items — and dye, gloves, rubber bands and wash-out instructions will be provided.
The library will hold a “Crafternoon” from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday to make holiday ornaments.
And there will be a candy-making night for children and teens at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 19. Supplies will be provided for making fudge, hard candy and other items.
