Rosemary Deitsch

Rosemary A. "Rosie" Deitsch, age 81, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on Jan. 23, 2018, at her home.

She was born Nov. 29, 1936, in Celina, Ohio, to the late Leo and Agnes (Braun) Muhlenkamp. On Nov. 7, 1959, she married the late Bevan Deitsch, who died Dec. 17, 2005.

Surviving are her children, Rob Deitsch of Celina, Sandy (Mike) Sherrill of Tipp City, Ohio, Barb (Mike) Elliott of Bridgeport, West Virginia, Jill (John) Henry of Deatsville, Alabama, Lee (Lisa) Deitsch of St. Henry, Ohio, Lisa (Neal) Giere of Coldwater and Jayne (Mark) Pearson of Portland; 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; siblings Eileen Welsch of Coldwater, Luella Laux of Coldwater, Jim (Erma) Muhlenkamp of Portland and Martha (Arnie) Hilgeford of Portland.

Preceding her in death are her stepmother Mary (Schmit) Muhlenkamp; siblings Louis Muhlenkamp, Norma Wallischeck, Joann Brackman and infant sisters Ruth and Virginia Muhlenkamp.

She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed the friendship of her bingo friends.

She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Peter, Ohio, and the church's Christian Mothers Sodality.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at St. Peter Catholic Church, with Fr. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery.

Calling is 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
