David Englehardt

David “Bud” Dean Englehardt, age 22, of Monterey, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He was born Feb. 9, 1996, in Jamestown, Tennessee, the son of Chris Englehardt and Melissa (Bradley) Williamson.

After attending Jay County High School in Portland, Indiana, Bud moved to Monterey, Tennessee, After graduating from Monterey High School, he worked for a furniture company delivering furniture.

Bud was a loving son, brother and grandson. He also had a good sense of humor and was loved by everyone who knew him. 

He is survived by:

Mother and step-father — Melissa and Will Williamson, Lake Lure, North Carolina

Father and step-mother — Chris and Norma Englehardt, Portland, Indiana

Fiancé — Kirsten McCarty, Baxter, Tennessee

Brother — Derek Williamson, Lake Lure, North Carolina

Sister and brother-in-law — Destiny and Gabriel Norris, Monterey, Tennessee

Paternal grandparents — Doyle and Eva England, Crossville, Tennessee

Maternal grandmother and step-grandfather — Janet and Keith Shauver, Portland, Indiana

Bud was preceded in death by:

Maternal grandparents — Walter and Loralei (Huffman) Bradley

Funeral services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Sunday with Br. Randy Norris officiating. Interment in Pugh Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Will Williamson, Derek Williamson, Chris Englehardt, Gabe Norris, Bailey Bradley, PJ Bradley and Greg Englehardt. 

Bilbrey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
