A new exhibit begins today at the Portland Center of Arts Place, 131 E. Walnut St., and will continue through Aug. 19.
Artist Nathaniel Foley says his Flight of Obscurity XVI exhibit “entices people’s curiosity and makes them contemplate the possibilities of physical space and time.”
It will feature a maze of large, handcrafted sculptures that “communicate concepts rooted in aviation history through a visual language that references both travel and warfare by hand fabricating dynamic and iconic forms of light,” according to a press release.
