Syringe possession
A woman pleaded guilty in Jay Superior Court to a drug paraphernalia charge.
Trista R. Vore, 20, whose last known address was in Parker City, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. She was sentenced to serve one year in Jay County Jail with all but 150 days suspended and was given 150 days credit for 75 days served. Shewas assessed court costs of $185, ordered to pay a $150 moral recognition therapy program fee and placed on formal probation for seven months. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, was dismissed.
