Penny Marshall

Penny L. Marshall, 51, of Dunkirk, Indiana, passed away at 12:22 p.m., Saturday, July 14, at her residence.

Penny was born in Portland, Indiana, on March 20, 1967, a daughter of Betty Jean (Ferguson) Willoughby of Dunkirk and the late Sidney Willoughby.

She attended First Freewill Baptist Church, Dunkirk.

Penny enjoyed her children and spending time with family and teasing and aggravating friends. (She was quite the jokester.)

She worked as a Home Health Care Aide at Hillcroft Nursing Home.

Penny is survived by a daughter, Bre Anna Rose Marshall of Dunkirk; a son, Sidney Jacob Marshall of Dunkirk; two brothers, Mark Allen, husband of Donna Willoughby, of Plaquemine, Louisiana, and Daniel Halt Willoughby of Dunkirk.

Friends are invited to call Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. at MJS Mortuaries – Dunkirk Chapel.

Funeral services will be held at MJS Mortuaries – Dunkirk Chapel at 2 p.m. with Br. Marion Donathan officiating.

Burial will follow in IOOF Cemetery Dunkirk, Indiana.
