Reeds celebrate 50th
Gail and Margaret Reed, 22644 S. U.S. 27, Portland, will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Saturday, June 16, at Dunkirk Church of the Nazarene, 226 E. Center St. They will renew their vows at 3:30 p.m. and an open house will follow until 6 p.m.
Gail married Margaret Stephenson on June 22, 1968, at Dunkirk Church of the Nazarene.
Margaret retired as a business teacher with Blackford County Schools and Gail retired from General Motors Fort Wayne Truck Plant.
The coupleare the parents of Denny Reed (Andria), Portland, and Ryan Reed (Jody), Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. They also have four grandchildren.
They request that gifts be omitted.
