Becks to celebrate 50th anniversary
Manfred and Ilona Beck, 1339 W. Main St., Portland, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Manfred married Ilona Bittner on March 15, 1968, in Luenen, Germany.
The couple are the parents of Ramona Clark (husband: Richard), Portland, and Vincent Beck (wife: Angela), Muncie. They also have four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Ilona retired from Graphic Printing Company after 22 years and Manfred retired from FCC in Portland.
They celebrated with a 50th anniversary open house, hosted by their children and grandchildren, at Lions Civic Center in Portland. They are also planning a trip to Florida this month and a trip to Mississippi with family in June.
