Felony arrests
Domestic battery
A Dunkirk man was arrested Friday evening for domestic battery.
Wesley T. Justus, 39, 222 W. North St., was arrested on the preliminary charges of two counts of domestic battery, a Level 6 felony, and disorderly conduct, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was booked at 7:15 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $4,500 bond.
Probation violation
A Pennville man was arrested Friday for violating his probation.
Eric K. Bennington, 34, 6717 W. 600 North, was arrested on a warrant for violating his probation on the original charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony.
He was booked at 11:48 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $1,200 bond.
