Winterfest is this weekend, and the Jay County Public Library has two events that will get you in the spirit.
Before you head out to the Parade of Lights, enjoy a free showing of the movie, “The Man Who Invented Christmas,” the journey that led to Charles Dickens’ creation of “A Christmas Carol,” on Friday at 5 p.m.
Families are invited to attend, and kids 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Then on Saturday at 1 p.m, the Minnetrista Theater Group presents live theater in “An Adaptation of a Christmas Carol” here at the Jay County Public Library.
It is free and open to the public.

Bryant Area Community Center will have its Holiday Bazaar and Craft Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is free and lunch will be served throughout the event. For more information, call (260) 997-6418.
