The Midwest Athletic Conference named its all-conference volleyball teams Tuesday.

All four Fort Recovery High School seniors received honors.

Cassidy Martin and Madi Rammel were both named to the All-MAC first team as they led the Division IV No. 2 Indians to a 19-3 record and a 7-2 mark in conference play. The Tribe placed second in the MAC, its best finish in 12 years. During the season, Fort Recovery beat top-ranked St. Henry and defending state champion New Bremen.

Offensively, Martin tallied a team-best 240 kills, which was sixth in the conference. The future Findlay Oiler also finished fourth in the MAC with 71 total blocks.

Rammel, who will play volleyball at Tiffin next year, set up her teammates to the tune of 631 assists, which tied Annalise Harlamert of Coldwater for second in the conference.

Hannah Knapke was the Tribe’s lone representative on the All-MAC second team. Her 52 aces tied for first in the league with Erika Moenter of St. John’s, and her 327 digs ranked fifth in the MAC.

Brooke Gaerke picked up honorable mention for the Indians, who begin postseason play against MAC rival New Knoxville at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at New Bremen.
