Possession, maintaining 

A Portland woman was arrested on several drug-related charges Thursday. 

Kelly M. Harrell, 36,1108 W. Main St., was arrested on a warrant for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe, Level 6 felonies, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. 

She was booked at 5:10 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was released on a $6,000 bond. 

Possession 

A Portland man was arrested on drug-related charges Thursday evening. 

Juan J. Gaona Jr., 26, 916 W. High St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. He was also preliminarily charged with possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. 

He was booked at 7:28 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
