Felony arrests
Syringe possession
Two Dunkirk men were arrested Tuesday on drug-related charges.
Kenneth D. Myers, 41, 231 Mount Auburn St., was arrested on preliminary charges of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. He is being held at Jay County Jay on $5,000 bond.
Travis N. Sewell, 33, 20405 N. 700 East, was also arrested on a preliminary charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and a parole violation. He is being held in Jay County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
Probation violation
A Portland man was arrested Tuesday for violating his probation.
Dustin S. Stephen, 29, 411 E. Walnut St. was arrested for violating his probation on an original charge of theft, a Level 6 felony.
