DUI arrest
A Muncie man was arrested Thursday on a Level 6 felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Neil A. Turner, 39, is being held in Jay County Jail on $3,000 bond.
Probation violation
Charles H. Harvey Jr., 31, Albany, was arrested Thursday for violating his probation on an earlier conviction on a Level 6 felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He is being held in Jay County Jail on $900 bond.
