Wayne Burroughs Zayne Burroughs

Wayne and Zayne Burroughs, age 69, twin brothers, were born on Dec. 15, 1949, in Lafayette, Indiana, the children of George and Antoinette (Linder) Burroughs. From birth the boys were hardly ever separated and were always seen together. They both worked at Tyson Foods in Portland and additionally Wayne worked at Walmart in Portland.

Together they were found deceased at their home on Oct. 9, 2019, in rural Portland.

Wayne is survived by his children Kevin Burroughs of Bryant and Ryah Burroughs of Portland and two grandchildren.

Wayne and Zayne are survived by a brother, Phillip Burroughs (wife: Sharon) of Ventura, California.

They were preceded in death by their parents, George and Ormal Burroughs; and two brothers, Edward Burroughs and Roger Burroughs.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Burial will follow in Salamonia Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed towards the donor’s choice.
