Out on bond

Lyle L. Beer, 4394 S. 550 West, Berne, was released from Jay County Jail today on $4,500 bond following his arrest Sunday on a Level 6 felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and dealing cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine.



Theft

Brittany N. Rivera, 310 E. Elder St., Portland, was arrested Friday on a Level 6 felony charge of theft. She is being held in Jay County Jail on $6,000 bond.



Violations

Damion M. Lewis, 40, 215 W. Second St., Portland, is being held in Jay County Jail for a probation violation on an original Level 3 felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe. He was arrested Thursday.

Jakob Fields, 1641 E. 100 South, Portland, is being held on $3,000 bond in Jay County Jail following his arrest Friday for a probation violation involving an original Level 6 felony charge of possession of cocaine, narcotics or methaphetamine.

Colten L. Chapman, 25, 2447 S. Blaine Pike, Portland, is being held in Jay County Jail on $4,500 bond following his arrest Saturday for a probation violation related to an original Class B felony charge of dealing in a controlled substance.

Wesley Brandon Romine, 33, 101 S. Pierce St., Apt. 13, Portland, is being held on $650 bond in Jay County Jail following his arrest Friday for a probation violation related to an original Level 6 felony charge of possession of methamphetamine.
