Janet and Paul Resler celebrate 55th

Paul and Janet Resler are celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary today.

Janet Sue Osenbaugh married Paul Resler on Feb. 1, 1964, at First Church of the Nazarene in Winchester.

Paul retired in 2008 from Portland Forge. Janet is a homemaker.

The Reslers, who have been Jay County residents for 19 years, are the parents of Christina (husband: Andrew) White, Joseph Resler, Gene Resler and Teresa (husband: Chad) Iliff, all of Portland, Jonathan (wife: Johna) Resler, Winchester, and Deborah (husband: Burke) Goines, St. Henry, Ohio. They also have nine grandchildre and seven great-grandchildren.

They have planned a celebration meal.
